Hold to Sell — Shock lands have stable demand due to eternal format play, but reprints in Return to Ravnica and later sets have kept prices in check; graded copies carry a modest premium over raw. The red-green shockland and a Modern staple in Gruul, Zoo and various aggressive strategies. Also sees heavy Commander play in every red-green deck. Original Guildpact copies hold a premium. Consistent demand across formats makes this a solid long-term hold.
